Here’s the deal. If you’re over 40 years old you probably know that the way we live nowadays is very different to the way our mothers and grandmothers were brought up. We are more independent with far more opportunities at our fingertips, some women are just having babies others are reinventing themselves with new careers.

And yet, there’s no one to guide us, we’re forging our own way, we are in uncharted territory and it can be overwhelming and stressful.

I have designed this group for me as much as you because I believe the real power comes from women supporting each other in all areas of life, work and play.

We are virtually invisible in the outside world and yet we have a voice. I hear it. Change is happening it’s just not reflected in our mainstream culture yet. It’s why I wrote a book about a woman turning 50 and moving home to live with her parents again. We are like grown up teenagers who can go backpacking around Europe, or start a new company tomorrow from our laptop. It’s an exciting world and we just need to find our place in it and be seen.

 

Here’s how it will work. 

The Simplicity Project is a women only lifetsyle group for the over 40’s who meet once a week online for one hour for 12 weeks.

I hold you accountable every week by getting you to message me. We are not spending hours on social media, you won’t even have to log on to Facebook.

During our one hour call we will focus on one piece of our life pie (see below). Sometimes I will teach you something, a lot of times we will all discuss, and sometimes I will bring in experts who I think can help us.

You will then take action and choose TWO pieces of your pie to focus on that week. You can choose the same two for the whole 12 weeks or you can change them every week. Right now I’m focusing on my Passion Project and my Health.

You already know everything you need to know. This group is designed to hold you accountable and make sure you take action. It also keeps you up to date with the latest thinking and current trends.

The Life of Pie

This system I have created is the same system I use myself to follow my passions and write my book. To travel the world. To build my business. To create my three online membership sites that have brought in more than a quarter of a million pounds alone.

I’m Yvonne Radley – a 55 year old mother of two grown up boys. I’m a writer and former journalist and now Business and Media Coach. I’m a daughter, a sister, a friend. I am many things to many people as I’m sure you are.

On the inside, some days I am a warrior who fights for survival, sometimes a child who feels hurt and lost, but ultimately I’m an adventurer, a thinker, a leader and an explorer.

FAQ’s

Will this work for me?

It will if you do the work. You need to show up for yourself and the group but don’t worry we’re not asking for a lot of time. It’s an hour long group call that will be recorded each week and you have to message Yvonne every week to stay accountable.

What kind of women belong to The Group?

Mainly those of us in mid-life aged 40 and upwards. This isn’t limited to people in the fitness and wellness world or even women in business. It’s for all women. Stay at home mums, career women, singles, divorcees. Anyone interested in stepping into 2020 with more accountabilty and action.

Do I have time for this?

It depends how much you value yourself. Can you spare one hour a week to work on yourselof and help a group of women to hit their goals? I know we have busy lives but think of it as a mental work out, one that’s going to help you achieve all those ideas you have swirling around in your head.

Can I cancel any time?

Payment is upfront and so once you are in you are locked in for the 12 weeks. If you get ill you can suspend your membership and start again at a later stage. If you get to the end of the 12 weeks and are not satisfied you can get a full refund providing you turned up for the calls and you can prove that you did the work.

When are the monthly calls and what if I miss them?

Weekly calls happen on Monday. Sometimes they will be held in the morning, sometimes the afternoon and evening to give everyone a chance to get on a call.

When does this year’s course start?

We start on January 6th 2020
